Sisters

I love the days when my girls play together non stop without fighting! Today has been one of those mornings. They are being so sweet playing baby dolls. Mykenzie is saying things like, "That is so great Kaylee you are doing so good feeding the baby." I love just sitting back and watching them and listening to what they are saying when they dont know I am there. Just when I think they are so rotten they turn so sweet. I hope that they will always be close and have a good relationship. Obviously there will be fighting but I pray in the end the will make up and always be the best of friends. Knowing they will always have each other is such a wonderful feeling :) I love my girls

Itch, Itch, Scratch, Scratch

That is me today! Oh my goodness, my little trip through the woods last week in search of my little one has left me in an itchy pickle! I have poison ivy up both of my calves, a little on my thighs, on my left arm and shoulder and a little on the left side of my neck, and this just in, it is now in between my stupid toes! I wonder why it takes so long to show up. I have learned a lot about poison ivy the past 2 days though. Did you know it isn't contagious once you have washed the sap off your skin? What about that you cant spread it to other parts of your body when a blister breaks? It just takes longer to show up in different places on your body, it doesn't spread. I never knew that! I also have a nasty cut on my legt that I contracted on my voyage. I went to the DR for that today and of course it is now infected so I am on meds for that for a week. Since I don't know where exactly I got the scratch I had to get a tetanus shot as well. I am just so thankful that Kaylee is safe most important, but also that she isn't the one who ended up with all this crap. I cant even imagine how miserable a 2 year old would be with poison ivy! It SUCKS!

How did I get here?

I am not really sure how I got into this to begin with, I didnt set out to start my own blog spot, just reading a friends, clicked a wrong button and here I am so I figure what the heck. I am not quite sure how I feel about the whole blog thing yet but I enjoy reading others. I guess I really just like to ramble and this is a spot I can do it and no one has to look at it if they dont want too. I am going to attempt to keep it current so we will see how it goes I suppose. I dont know how I got here but I guess I will stay for a little while.
